Rose Computing Systems

Rose Computing Systems have been providing IT services to business since 1998.

We started developing Microsoft Access database systems in the early 1990's with a stock control and management system for musical retailers. Since then, we've developed a wide range of systems not only for small business, but corporations, most notably Bradford and Bingley's mortgage re-quotation system.

We also worked for Computer Sciences Corporation and Chartered Trust on their Year 2000 'Millennium bug' projects, in addition to designing and developing Fort James Ltd 'Stock Reconciliation' system. Since then, we've worked for many companies of varying sizes with differing requirements, so as we're name-dropping, here's a few more companies who's database projects we worked on ...Sun Life of Canada, Crest Conservatory Roofing Systems, Parkdeane Holidays, CM Utilities...

Due to local demand, Rose Computing Systems diversified its services to encompass IT services and support, and we became system builders offering our own range of servers, workstations and PC's. We've continued to improve and expand our services to provide web site design using the Joomla content management system.

Charitable Association

We're proud to be associated with The Bridge Mentoring Plus Scheme, as both a mentor to disadvantaged young people and a provider of free IT services and support for this excellent community focused charity based in Bridgend.

The Bridge Mentoring Plus Scheme:

The Bridge Mentoring Plus Scheme uses trained volunteer mentors to provide a one-to-one mentoring service for 10-25 year old disadvantaged young people throughout the Borough of Bridgend. Providing education, recreational and emotional support in a confidential, non-judgemental way, mentors help young people achieve personal goals thus reducing the risk of social exclusion.

The Bridge is a small local Registered Charity – number 1091536 founded in February 2002. The aim of the Bridge MPS is to break down the barriers of social exclusion that prevent young people, aged between 10-25, build bridges to a more positive future.
